Sauna Villa information
Miyakojima’s first private villa equipped with a full-scale sauna of hotel specifications and a water bath with chiller (cooling water circulation system) has been created.
The sauna was designed by Aqua Enterprises, a company that has created many top-class saunas for Halekulani Okinawa, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo, and The Ritz-Carlton, Okinawa, among others.
Please experience the latest knowledge and the best technology in Miyakojima.

Basic Information
The temperature can be set from 80° – 100°. Enjoy the sauna with your family, friends, or partner 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With a width of 1,500 mm x 2 tiers, it is spacious enough for 3-4 persons. Bluetooth speakers are installed in the sauna. Enjoy your favorite music.
Finnish Style löyly
We use SAWO sauna stoves imported from Finland. A pile of sauna stones heated to high temperature is waiting for you.
This is an authentic wax sauna where aromatic water is poured over the body to generate high-temperature steam. The desired humidity and temperature will warm you up to the depths of your body. (Finnish birch aroma water is used to relax the body and mind.)
This is a water bath in which cold water flows through a chiller cooling function. The water temperature is always stable, and the filtration system ensures hygienic use.
The water is soft, and is believed to be good for skin health and beauty because it is filtered of hardness components (calcium, magnesium, etc.) in the water.
The water temperature is usually set at 17℃, but if requested at the time of reservation, it can be set at 13-20℃.

The biggest pool in Miyakojima island
This is one of the largest private pools on Miyako Island with a total length of 9 meters.
*The pool is heated during the winter.

Facilities & Service
Is WiFi available?
Yes, it is available. However, due to the remote islands, delivery may be delayed depending on the time of day. Please understand this in advance.
If I stay for consecutive nights, is there a cleaning service?
For stays of 3 nights or less, towels will not be changed or cleaned.
For reservations of 4 nights or more, towels will be changed and cleaned every 3 nights. (The first cleaning will be done on the third night.)
What time can I check in?
Our facility is not staffed and you will be given a password for the facility in advance; you may check in at any time after 16:00.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Reservations are required and must be made in advance.
An additional charge of 5,000 yen per hour is required.
Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to check-in.
(Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on availability.)
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, you are free to bring your own food and beverages.
For food and beverages, Maxvalu Miyako Minami store (10 minutes by car) is convenient.

We are not able to send luggage in advance. Please understand that we are not able to send luggage in advance.
Is the pool open 24 hours a day?
Yes, we are open 24 hours a day. However, please be quiet late at night (22:00-8:00). Please refrain from drinking alcohol.
Do you have charcoal and tongs for BBQ?
The BBQ stove is an Iwatani gas cassette type, and we have 3 unused gas cassettes available. Tongs are also provided.
Reservation/Change/Cancellation
What happens to the cancellation fee if the flight is cancelled?
If public transportation services are suspended on the day of check-in due to a typhoon, etc., no cancellation fee will be charged.
If payment has already been made at the time of cancellation, a refund will be processed at a later date.
I made a reservation on a hotel reservation website, can I cancel by phone or email?
If you wish to change or cancel a reservation made on a hotel reservation site such as Booking or Expedia, please do so on the hotel reservation site. We will not be able to respond to inquiries by phone or email.
Is the reservation on the official website the cheapest?
Yes, it is the cheapest.
You always get a 10% discount when you book on our official website.
If the number of guests changes, will the rate also change?
Our rate structure is based on a single building rental rate, and the rate is the same regardless of the number of guests staying in the room.
Can I make a reservation for more people than the maximum number of students?
No. The maximum number of guests (4 adults + maximum of 3 children in bed) must be observed.
What are the fees for children?
Up to 3 children under 6 years of age (preschoolers) are not included in the capacity if they sleep with their parents.
If a child, regardless of age, requires bedding, he/she will be included in the maximum number of guests.
We do not provide extra beds or additional bedding.
